Chicken sauce shark fin cup

Seasoning: 18g of Fuhua brand chicken soup / 700g of water / 4g of salt / 30g of onion and ginger
Ingredients:
Shark fin 650g
Chicken 300g
Leg meat 300g
Scallops 50g

practice:
Put the shark fin into a colander, immerse it in a pot of boiling water and blanch it three times (replace the water each time) to remove the fishy smell.
Then wrap the shark's fin with gauze and put it in a casserole at the bottom. Add pork leg, chicken, scallops, green onions, ginger cubes, add water and chicken juice, and simmer until the shark's fin is soft.
